Hey /g/. Let's say if I want to start my own video sharing or porn website, what would be the best method to approach this? What scripts to use? I have some minor web knowledge but anything will help. Don't know what other boards to ask and I tought you guys would know best.

There are tons of web frameworks that do most of the heavy lifting, including subscriptions, security, payment gateway integration, authentication, video streaming, etc. Just start small and and start googling.
Your biggest challenge will be generating and hosting video content. AWS may be good for this, I haven't looked into it in depth.

I looked into it, and it would be a little pricy if you want to pay for quality, but there are some cheap hosts and servers but I don't really know how much traffic they could really handle.
