What do you guys think I can realistically get for my 980ti gigabyte windforce on eBay? Few listings I see now for it range from 370-420, I would like to get around that range but what do you guys think it's worth? Going to upgrade to a 1070 or 1080 if I can scrounge up the extra dough.

Not worth it unless you sell it for 450 and get a 1080 for 500
>>61143627
I can get a 1080 for $530 I see now, if I can get at least $380-400 for the card then I can afford the 1080.
>>61143405
why the hell would you even need to upgrade. I still run a 970 and it's perfect, the 980 ti fine, anon.
You're retarded if you think you'll get that much. I just bought a 980 SC for 200.
>>61143405
Dont even bother upgrading right now, the entire market is shit.
>>61146372
980 ti's sell for around 400 on ebay right now. There is a good chance you'll be scammed though because ebay does not give a shit about sellers.

Which is the best 1080 ti I cant seem to find and good comparisons of the aftermarket coolers and such
>>61146713
(OP) Yeah I wasn't pulling those prices out of my ass, that's what I see them selling and listing for.
>>61143405
what resolution are you running at and what framerate?
>>61146968
Here is a tiny rundown of a few cards
ASUS-good cooler, good OC, shit-tier customer support
EVGA (ftw3)-Little worse than the strix but also smaller, good OC, god-tier customer support
MSI-Just all around medium tier
ZOTAC-might have VRM issues soon due to zero contact with cooler only being cooled by tiny heat sink
That's all I know, not gonna talk on any companies I have no knowledge about

1080p, most games higher than 70fps, never dips below that. I know a 1080 on 1080p is an overkill, but I know I'd be set for many years to come and won't have to worry about buying a new card anytime soon. Plus, this seems to be a good time to sell my 980ti for a reasonably good price.
>>61148725
980Ti is still pretty damn good for 1080p unless you are aiming for 144Hz+ refresh rate. Selling it now might not be a bad idea though if you want to recoup some of the cost back.
Personally I just keep my older GPU as backup in case my current one shits the bed, waiting for RMA and sticking to iGPU is suffering.
>>61148934
This, GPUs are one of those things that are amazing to have a back up on hand. Don't sell OP
>>61148934
I do have a 144hz monitor. And I wish I can afford a 1080 straight up but I'd need the money from the 980ti to cover most of it. Oh well I can live through annoying ass RMAs.

bought mine for $380 CAD/$280 USD
