Hospital help desk here. Please work at my hospital. Half of the doctors here insist on using macbook pros. None of the hospital software works so they all have to connect to virtual desktops. They could have an X1 Carbon and just boot the thing up and get to dictating right away instead of having to call us every week because their Mic isn't passing through to their VM again. Where do you live?
I'm a med student too. Currently doing my second (physician's degree).
My first was in emergency medicine (3 years). I work as a paramedic now.

I've yet to see a student with a computer on a lecture. We all use pen and paper.
