Either get a really fucking ergonomically decent secondhand 24/7 hour chair. The ones air traffic controllers use and are pretty much fully adjustable. OR. Get a actual lounge chair that reclines pretty far as to spread as much weight downwards in the backrest.

Don't ever slouch sideways in one of those shitty Ikea seats. If that doesn't cause you backpain (from not being overweight) it'll fuck up your posture tremendously.

I dunno, they some of the look pretty comfy but some of the colour combos are god awful. I kinda like the green though.

Where I live it's either DXracer for 300 euros or Herman Memer for 1000 euros. The 300 one has all the features and more for 700 euros less. It just works.
I can't find a cheap used herman miller or really any other well known brand where I live.
