My phone gets about 20mbps upload over a speedtest on 4g. When I tether or hot spot I only get 1.5 on my computer. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm using the pdanet app and now my upload is super throttled. Like I get .3mpbs and like 10 on my phones test. any idea what to try and do?

No. it's a usb 2.0 to usb c for my phone. Could it be that my phone can only handle tethered uploads to that speed and not that it's being throttled? I still think it's being throttled but my carrier can 'see' pdanet running or something. While pdanet is running my upload speed on my phone drops to throttled like lows and it's fine when it's plugged out.
