Yeah, it's not like EU ever fined Microsoft. These things take time you know, this Google case is from 2010. These fines will continue to be applied to giant corporations until they either stop doing stuff like this or stop operating in the EU (which they obviously won't do). Facebook, Amazon and numerous others are also being investigated.
