Are you merely trying to see how many gigs you're computer has used monthly via network download? Windows can show you that in the network menus

Please tell me how. I wanna also be able to monitor how much data my other devices connected to the router are using though too. Unfortunately I have a data limit and my ISP doesn't offer a way for me to monitor data usage. I don't know why they wouldn't be able to do that.

You have the following options:
1) Use such a feature in your router, if it has one.
2) Use a router that has this functionality
3) Use a custom firmware to get this functionality on your router
4) Install bandwidth monitoring applications on all of your connected devices. Android has this built in I think, and of course there is such software for Linux, Windows and OSX.
