Install Win10Lite or use MSMG Toolkit on a win10 LTSB (or any other) iso and remove literally everything. There's a guide on how to use it. Both these options require a reinstall.
If you want to somewhat patch up your current installation then use both, Spyware anti-beacon and shutup10. They'll prevent your PC from connecting to the microsoft domain responsible for checking updates.

These look pretty solid. Do they allow for selectively removing things? For instance, I want to keep Explorer (not lite's replacement), Edge (for testing), and Defender, and still get updates, but get rid of all the other metro crap, telemetry/ads, etc.
