Reality is in the US, we took the brightest Indian tech workers, problem is everyone and their mother wanted to get in on the hindu1b craze, so they hired a lot of bullshit artists too. 75% of hindu1b visa workers are probably incompetent retards, the other 25% were true talent, this here is the problem. The executives don't care as costs drop, and it takes a while for the damage to be done from the incompetent types to show and in most cases is usually swept under the rug. In the end, the executive gets a nice comfy bonus for a year or two till the whole thing implodes, usually covers everything up and goes and works elsewhere. Good luck finding hindu1b talent nowadays, they're already working for top tech companies in the US.
It's not the Pajeet's fault, it's dumb asshole execs looking to cut costs and get that fat bonus money, so they just go through the motions and it seems like most Pajeets are smug idiots that always make believe they know how to do everything and anything while nodding their head in agreement they understand, when they don't really have a clue.

I'm Indian. I remember graduating from IT uni and applying for a job within the country. The first interview I go to, immediately confronted by a beehive of cubicles filled with retards who could barely speak English. Left, applied for jobs abroad. Immediately hit with offers, a company in Singapore was offering me more than double the base salary I'd get working in the beehive. Got a visa, sold my PC, packed my bags, and i was out.
