those are probably using different programs. a bloated windows program would not work on any phone.

The sad thing is that GTA5 can run on those. It ain't gonna be 4K 144Hz, but it works. You can get that shit running on Intel Atoms if you know how to use custom settings.

Premiere CS6 runs on a Core2Duo and can edit 1080p no problem
