I have both CPU and GPU under full load (Folding @ Home)
Are these temperatures safe to maintain for long periods of time?

nope, if you pc is dirt you should clean, although i believe you got a cryptominer.

I just swept it out with canned air a few days ago, and added fresh Arctic Silver to the GPU fan/cooler afterwards

the process FahCore_a4.exe is using 48% of CPU, check where it's located and if its related with program/game instalation, if not, this is probably a virus or a cryptominer.

I already fucking told you, I'm RUNNING that

its like you didnt even read

is that phenom good enough for csgo? i have an athlon 255 and i need more cores

CPU/GPU combo worked fine for me for CS:GO even before I cleaned out my computer
thinking of getting an 8350 so I can run Planet Coaster
aaaanyhow, back to the original question?
70s is ok, 80s is pushing it, 90s+ will start to damage your hardware
If that is full load max temps don't worry too much, then mine crypto instead

You're getting pretty close to the danger zone there. Probably safe, but I wouldn't run them like that for something useless like Folding.
Take the side of your case off. Do the temps go down? If so just get another case fan to keep things in check. Otherwise you may want to look into downclocking and downvolting.
