It'll be another 2 months or so before Vega cards arrive, IF we are lucky, and by then Nvidia will be ready to launch their new generation. So no, not really.
On that note, can anyone explain why the Vega Radeon Instinct has a full-length pcb? It uses HBM2, so it should ideally have a very small board without a problem. Can't be the additional cooling, because that doesn't affect the PCB size.

Consumer Volta using GDDR6 isn't coming until Q2 2018. They're not even starting mass production of GDDR6 until Q1 2018.
