EIS is horrid bullshit, OIS matters and provides much better image quality because it moves the actual camera sensor physically to compensate for motion, EIS is shuffling the actual sensor data around aka image processing aka it suffers for it.

Take a look at samsung phones then, almost 12 GB of bloat, the only phones i've seen with acceptable stock roms are nexus (2GB), motorola (3-4GB) and sony (4-5GB), let's not even get into installing your own custom rom, you don't use even a GB if you go for lineage+basic gapps and ram usage is extremely low, in my 4GB ram phone i get 500MB idle, and even with heavy use it doesn't go beyond 3, mind you that on stock i was using 1.5 idle and 3.5 with heavy use.

Was digging around and found my brothers old LG p880, seems like he tried to flash it or something and managed to brick it in the process.
