Why do people feel as though they need a dedicated app for every website they visit.
Don't y'all just use the chrome app? to me it feels like the closest experience to browsing on a PC. with the tab use and stuff.
Websites without a good mobile layout
Chrome is terrible on mobile.

I agree on principle yet occasionally an app does it better. Like Clover.
User experience. Most of the time a "good" app is better than a "good" mobile site.
They allow system integrations that web apps can't provide
"People" don't, generally. They just see the advert for it and go for it.
>Hey use our app!
IE; let us have more access to your data and phone than your phone's browser will let us.

Yep. Web apps can't read your contacts, gps data, purchase history on other websites, call history, facebook posts, etc etc. They can't install keyloggers either.
>being a fucking mobile faggot and expecting a desktop experience
>not just installing Android on your PC

Many of those things are useful and key functionality for some apps.

I agree with >>60990179 I used to exclusively use Chrome for my daily Chan while travelling but the ads have gotten out of hand and for some retarded reason Firefox is laggy as shit for my keyboard and I can't be bothered to root or learn how to, so I tried Clover and never looked back.
