I get free™ cellular internet.
I just had to pay for the simcard. It was a one-time payment of roughly 10€.
It's limited to 512kbps up/down but it's entirely sufficient for browsing chins and literally anything-else-but-youtube-videos.

There aren't that many options, here are the ones I know of that doesn't involve wifi:
- Hacked DOCSIS2 modems
- Steal ADSL/VDSL credentials and find a way to get the physical connection (not as hard as it sounds)

On wifi it gets much easier. Use a good old yagi/biquad antenna and a high powered usb dongle to:
- Connect to free wifis
- 'Hack' wifis using WPS exploits
- Connect to a apparently blocked wifi and use a ICMP/DNS tunnel to get internet access (slow!)

The last one could also work via cellular connections, depending on your provider. There should be more options via cellular but I don't really know any more.
