The ethernet port on the pi is crippled by shit IO speeds, you'll be seeding and pulling horribly slow. So slow that it's not worth the trouble.

The pi is nice for a local media server, using it to seed will cripple it entirely though.
It's got a shitty bus for Ethernet and USB.
Buy a used one and grab a dollar store micro USB cable. Save money.
