i have a small, cheap VPS with RansomIT (Australia)
AU$15/quarter for 100GB bandwidth, 20G hdd space (or 10GB ssd space), 1Gb pipe, and 512M ram
they can handle a domain name for you as well
have had it since 2013 with no problems, used their support a few times and they've handled them quick and proper

don't really need a lot of bandwidth, but it is probably the most limiting factor, alongside storage space
it just runs a small website and personal business email, and it's plenty for that

Scaleway works for me. I run one of their cheapest x86 server with some kind of Atom and 2GB RAM as a small testing mail server, and my main web server is their cheapest ARM64 VPS, which doesn't get any traffic either. IDK how shit they are but works for me just fine and is cheap. Only 3 euros a month, and my domain is handled by OVH. Unmetered traffic too and 50GB SSDs
