I will be using it for browsing and watching videos and movies. My job requires Microsoft Office a lot, is it possible to download it, if not what are good alternatives? And will I be able to open Microsoft Office documents with it.

Are you trolling? Microsoft Office obviously doesn't support Linux. You can try LibreOffice, but the compatibility is not 100%

Libreoffice is an OK alternative. It had a UI similar to office pre 2007, but there are some computability issues with image/table heavy documents created on office. Fonts are also a bit of a problem.
You could also try WPS office but I am not sure how much better it is.
