I just watched
> Horizon Cyber Attack - The day the NHS stopped.
What a load on nonsense!
A month prior to when WannaCry hit, Microsoft had release a small security update.
If you had this update installed, WannaCry would not affect you.
I hate these "Sudo-Documentaries" where they dumb down ontent for the average Joe.
They are complete praising this one kid as if he is some kind of god.
He got lucky that he found the kill switch.
Yet this does raise questions regarding the level of professonality of the people in the IT security business.

>Documentary is obviously made for average Joes
>I hate when they dumb down content for the average Joe >:(
Are you a retard? What is the point of this thread exactly?
Are you arguing that documentaries should have advanced technical jargon so only a handful of the people that are it actually understand anything?
Or are you arguing about how computer viruses are - for obvious reasons - targeted at tech ignorant people?
Did you just make this thread to post retarded "I know how computers work and I hate normies. am I part of the club yet, guys?" shitpost?
Fuck off.
