Is a CCNA worth getting if I'm a CIS student? Also, is pic related even worth it?
if you want to get into networking, yes. But make sure you keep going and get better certs, ccnp, juniper or other vender certs. Lots of losers braindump their way through the CCNA exams and manage to get their certs.
Otherwise, no, not really. It's really expensive and difficult for an entry level cert.

Yea I kinda figured especially since I'm leaning more toward cyber security than anything else.

Just graduated with an IS degree last month, switch to CS if it's not too late OP. CIS barely gets your toes wet in anything IT related and doesn't give you any real skill set that allows you to compete with the kids from CS who have a way better understanding of programming and math. I'm currently getting BTFO in interviews and can't even land a damn help desk job.
