I want build my own small laptop /g/, 10.1" or 7" lcd w/o touch. Could you give some ideas for cheap motherboards and processors? I don't want to put raspberry pi tho.

You need a Thin-ITX motherboard, ideally one with LVDS out.

It can be done, look up the Novena project for some ideas, but you'll need to learn a lot more about EE than you think and the result will still be not as good as a commercial laptop and much more expensive.
