Microsoft Toolkit won't automatically convert a non-volume licensed edition of Windows/Office to volume licensed.
It used to at some point, but now it doesn't. It will only install a fake kms server and activate editions that are already made for volume licensing.

kmspico does actually convert a non-volume licensed edition to volume licensed though.
If you don't like kmspico for some reason, you can just use kmspico once to convert your copy of windows, uninstall it, and then install Microsoft Toolkit.
