They use the old IBM ones pretty much exclusively. Most of them are T60p models and A31p models. They run a custom linux distro designed by nasa for controlling the station. I think I read somewhere they have a couple newer ones for running windows so they can do twitter shit, but that's it.

Other countries on the ISS use their own shit though.
