Actually I already 'switched', not from iOS but from Windows Phone, my first Smartphone was a Lumia, I didn't know anything about Smartphone so I didn't care too much anyway, this my very first Android phone, and I love being able to decide what ROM I want to run, I installed LineageOS recently and has been a grateful experience so far, (kinda hated Android before because Stock ROMs), customization is actually quite easy on Android, and there is so much ways to do it, That your only limit is your creativity. And Open Source apps only makes it better.
