Is there any reason not to block all remote fonts globally? it seems like an unnecessary waste of bandwidth for nothing more than what one web dev likes.

its useful if you force a custom font via script or via something else, so you dont have to make a rule for each site that uses remote fonts

You don't. There's already a checkbox to block remote fonts.

don't do it. god gave us fonts for a reason

I have fast enough Internet that I don't need to save the 3mb required for every third website's custom fonts. I've got webfonts configured for fallbacks if I don't have the font installed on my system, and most of the time, the site looks better because of it.

some sites still use shitty custom fonts for button icon images and shit but honestly they deserve their sites to look like shit.
