It's two USB 2.0 game controllers, PSX style.
The buttons feel good when I use them, they give good feedback, just like the old PS1 controllers.
The analog also works nicely, I've played around with some PSP games in emulator, though looks like the levers have only 8 directions (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW).
