Forgot to mention, it does support 64bit but sadly the RAM is soldered and 4gb are what it has and it's not upgradable.

No, RAM doesn't matter, with 64bit you still get more registers to work with as well as whatever features come with the CPU, 32bit can use more than 4GB of ram with PAE, it's irrelevant.
Take into account this is only really true for software compiled for x64.

Might as well stick with 64-bit. 32-bit can't even use more than 3.5 GB. I would only use 32-bit on 3 GB or under.

The performance benefit is probably negligible though. I forgot the most important aspect, compatibility. Obviously you can only run x64 on x64 but you can run x32 on both.
