In case Custom loop is pretty gimmicky.

Rad out of case custom loop is pretty high-test though, useful for cold climates putting the rad under your desk for free leg/feet heating.
Even better for hot climates that use heatpump/refrigerated aircon to keep cool, a 500w PC load dumping 500w heat into a room means you also now have to get an AC to move an extra 500w heat load outside, with a custom loop and rad outside, you save a decent amount of cash on electricity during the summer. (although your PC will be hotter still as 'room temp' will be outside temp, which here can get to 45c!)
