It can't be done through Moodle unless you're the course admin. If you want everything you can just use wget or curl and scrape each course page, there's no need to write anything yourself.

I just tested with a Moodle page I have access to and it works fine. The login page is at /login/index.php

I have successfully generated the cookies and am using the cookie file but it still refuses to connect. I also tried my browser cookies and it still wont work.

Oh it may be needing referrer or UA fields.

http://www.downthemall.net/ is a nice FF addon but you'll have to manually visit the pages.
