Pale moon to an extent, since it's basically old firefox (so without all the bloat and bullshit).

However, while it's mostly updated to support the modern web, the small team behind it can't match teams like the ones behind mozilla and chrome, so a few things might be wonky now and then. For instance, go to http://www.pixelcanvas.io and watch your CPU and RAM usage skyrocket.
If you don't do memes like that though, it should be fine. I use pale moon for basically all my day to day browsing with no problem. It's also compatible with the vast majority of FF extensions.

Tl;dr: if you like old firefox, without all the bullshit they constantly keep pushing, pale meme is the best meme.
