You can buy atom W10 tablets along with a keyboard cover,
or celeron netbooks/laptops with shitty LED LCDs.
Those processors suck for browsing btw. I have used both. So do android mid-end tablets.
It beats me that nobody is making netbooks with IPS displays. I've seen convertibles but not netbooks.

A lot of low end cellery and pentiums are rebranded atom cores now. Sometimes only dual core.
