don't know about the land of freedumb, but here in EU we have these places where everyone brings their non-burnable garbage like electronics, construction leftovers, rubber and other hazardous shit. it is then recycled or shipped to africa to be sorted by niggers (or so they say). either way you are free to intercept any electronics you want and take them with you. at our collection point there's always 1 - 2 guys going through electronics.
