Stupid question, it's more diy, but I still gotta ask. Can I solder a 6 pin pcie connector onto a stick gtx 1050 ti for overclock?
>>60728401
Nope. You can't.
>>60728401 You can but it might require a bit more soldering than just a connector. And nopi it wont improve your overclock. Do a voltmod and/or replace cooler.
>>60728401
Other than getting a bit better cooler, and you will hit the roof pretty quick.
There's just not much you can do with the gtx10x0 series.
Nvidia have cucked them (whole series) to be unstable over a certain frequency on core/mem so you won't be able to just overclock a 1050 to 1060 performance, etc.. It is with-in the cards bios I presume, but no-one have been able to crack that shit yet.
The jews got us this time, i'm afraid.

Modding Pascal is pretty retarded.
You can do capacitor mods for voltage stability, but that's about it. Power mods don't do shit.

Just cool it best you can, nvidia's boost is mint if has the headroom.

Literal bullshit, the cards are just voltage locked
