Mines been ran over, and one time dropped it on the treadmill (muh tunes) going 5 and slammed it into a concrete wall. The wall had a bad fuckin day but my S3 just got a minor chip off the side.

You don't even need a hair dryer really. If it's fucked it's fucked. Just take a knife to under the top portion of the screen then lift it up. Just don't cut the fingerprint scanner or button on the bottom
