Don't know if this is the place but I'll shoot. I'm at the point where I can spend whatever I want on a new pc build. Including monitors and other bullshit accessories. I come to you gents for ideas. With unlimited monies what would you build. And with AMD stepping up their shit would switching to them be a good idea

or better yet, do the research yourself

I've done my research and have had plenty of ideas but as with most things in life. There is someone that will always know more then you and more eyes on one thing usually works out better but thanks for the cancer bud.

PC building general thread.
Go AMD if you want MOAR CORES at the expense of some (~25%) single core speed on the high end.

Youre gonna need this
do you want a work pc or a gaming pc

Go for a 3x1 (portrait) Sony PVMX550 setup.

1TB NVMe solid state, X370 Taichi or PRIME X370-PRO, 1800X, 32GB 3200MHz+ DDR4, EVOLV ATX or similar case, EVGA FTW 1080 Ti, maybe two 1080 Ti's, 750W+ EVGA G3 PSU, mechanical keyboard, your pick of 1440p 120Hz+ or 4k IPS displays, I think you get the picture at this point.

OP has an unlimited budget. Please tell me what part of that list is a bad choice without complaining about the cost.
