At this point, at least in the US I can easily see an average person needing 25mbps per person.
So 4 person house would be 100mbps minimum.

Power users however can eat up 50-100mbps themselves depending on their habits.

There is point where link speed becomes bottlenecked by overall path to servers/allowed bandwidth, and in my experience this point is quickly passed for porn videos. Unless you're using torrents, or paid sites..?
