My pc is fucked /g/. I'm getting no visual output, on graphics card or onboard graphics even when booting (no bios screen, etc.). PC runs for like a min or two then shuts off.
I've tried to remove the GPU, still doesn't work
I've removed HDDs, no worky-worky
I've removed gigabit network pci card, no work
Disconnected water cooling (for like 10 seconds), not working
Reseated the RAM, not working
Removed the 4 pin cpu power lead, stayed turned on for ages (didn't automatically shut down).
I'm running:
>amd fx 8150
>some shitty gigabyte mobo (m5a78l)
>amd ram
>corsair h100i watercooling (which has started to make a grinding noise from the pump but apparently this is a normal issue)
>asus gtx 1070 strix
>shitty no name psu
also reset the cmos but nothing

Did you try a different monitor?

Found your problem. Try using a different PSU.
Did you try restarting?
Did you call pajeeth tech support?
Why are you using the pc which is used search in reddit?
Did you have sex?.
Change the cmos battery man...
Check if the inside has no dust...

Tried 2 different monitors (HDMI, DP) and a tv (VGA), all didn't work
>>60656749
if the psu was fucked the pc wouldn't turn on
Your shit's fucked matey.

w r o n g. the psu just might not be providing stable power.

the ram wasn't seated properly. Fixed that.
Now the bios screen shows up (the one that says F8 boot options, etc.) but literally a second after that it turns off

CLEAR CMOS

Try with only one RAM stick. I had same kinda problem and it was fixed by removing RAM and putting it back in
>>60656887
Did that, not working
>>60656907
Did that, boots to os now, but then crashes. I have a feeling the crashing is related to cpu temps (89c/190f). Will wait a while for it to cool down and try again

I think you are right. I now remember also having that problem and it was due to the heatsink not touching the CPU
install gentwo
Try with one ram at a time see if one is fucked.
Unplug everything and take the battery out of the mobo wait 30 secs and plug back in see if that works.
