It is pretty weird, but:

-The HDDs are in the cage on the left
-The motherboard cable attached to the motherboard appears to be different from the one connected to the PSU; it's possible it's an extender because the latter wouldn't reach
-I/O shield has that annoying foam that makes it a tight fit in some cases

That fan is in a weird spot though, and looks like it's just floating there. Pretty clear this is optimized more for looks and the selling point of its form factor, rather than size or airflow.

If that is the case then the Motherboard PSU cable must be extended infront of the GPU intake fan which is not a great idea.

Also it looks like the HDD cage on the left is just used to bunch up all the cables seeing how many cables are going into the cage. Seems like false advertising because you will never get this kind of clean cable management. And it isn't even that clean imho.
