I bought a stolen galaxy s8 but i dont have any plans to return it because i got a good deal on it. How do i unlock it so I can use it? Its requiring me to use the original owners google account top unlock it, is their a way around it?

Your phone, unlocked or not, can't connect to any cellular network in developed countries if the original owner reports it stolen to his phone company.
This is why pro thieves sell stolen phones to brokers who buy it at 1/5 the retail price then exports it to some third world country to be sold at 1/2 the retail price.
