newpipe can't download or play with an external player properly 480p and 1080p videos
Instead of resolving that bug in the new release they add an icon that say if you download it you will not have the audio.

every time I'm reminded of these montage parodies I think of this one kid I went to high school with. He had a Youtube channel where he posted videos of himself doing CoD trickshots and when the kids at school found out they made fun of him for it. Later he did a 180 and re-edited all of the videos on his channel to include airhorn samples and mountain dewritos so they were ironic, because at that point those kinds of parodies were really taking off in popularity. I don't think it worked, though, people still made fun of him. Poor guy, I don't think he ever really deserved that, he just wanted to be popular.

Just be careful with your Google Acc, if you absolutely NEED to sign in, set up some kind of security measure, like SMS verification. A lot of people have been burned by 3rd party apps that require a sign-in.
When I used this other YT player, I got a security SMS asking if I was logging in from Nigeria, thankfully I have the verification enabled and the scammer nigs can't get my credit card info.

Newpipe still can't do background play properly. Once the screen goes off the video stops. You have to click the headphones icon to get the audio to continue when the screen is off, but that disables the video completely so that you can't turn the screen back on and start watching again, you need to exit background mode and find your place in the video. It's retarded

Higher bitrate.

Youtube has a strict bitrate cap they encode to based on the uploaded videos resolution. It's actually better quality to take your 1080p video, render it out upscaled to 4K then putting it on youtube and just watching it on 4K there because at 1080p the video will be 8-12mbps while at 4k it will be given 45-68mpbs

Then you should be wanting to play your videos at higher resolution because both video and audio bitrate are tied to it on youtube. Upload a video with a 512kbps AAC audio track then listen to it at 4K, 1080p and 480p.

This. I used to get bullied a lot and I know plenty of people who were bullied as well. People will decide who to pick on first and then decide the reason for doing so afterwards. Even if you went off the radar and didn't give them a reason, they'd come up with one.
The way I got it to stop for me was being in the same class as one of the bullies and helping them out when they needed. Stopped me and my friends from being bullied for the last year of school. Splinter in the lions paw and what not.
