I had a similar problem where the fact that the other neighbour's routers were so close to mine that it caused interferences. I solved it by changing the channel in my routers settings.

You answered your own question. Generally, regardless of whether you're the only person in your neighbourhood using 5GHz, regardless of WiFi channel, your connection is going to be worse in the evenings. Weekends too. There's no magic setting to fix it. More people are using the network in your area in the evenings so the whole lot slows down.

If you really can't stand it then pay for a dedicated line.

4. My phone, my mom's, my pc and laptop. But the phones don't download anything as my pc when I made this thread.

Well maybe I was wrong about my wired connection. Right now the speed doesn't look ok. usually i get about 8mb/s or something And router cpu load shows only 1% loading. .
