Their home internet lets through inbound 80/443? I thought most residential ISPs blocked it to try and push anyone hosting a website into their (((business-tier))) packages.

I use OVH for basically everything, 3 eurobucks a month and it werks fine.
Software Stack:
Ubuntu Server and Nginx for everything. Most of my projects are Node base plus a wordpress blog and my mom's woocommerce site.
