Getting harder and harder to pirate. Is it still worth the hassle? Are there any other programs that are better or /g/ would recommend?
you can find it on sale at Best Buy pretty often
say someone had a 3 pc license, and was only using 2 pc's. Is there any risk to sharing it with a stranger on the net?

i've had many different AV products over past decade and every single one has failed at some point in discovering malware that i have found with malwarebytes, worth every cent in supporting them buy buying a licence
>>60541021
>pirating a fucking anti-virus
>>60541021
1-install pirated v2 version with the license file and block the hosts file
2-update to v3
3-v3 nags that it cant contact server
still works

>drying yourself with water
I'm fine
>>60541056
I love malwarebytes but I also run avast with it and never had a problem
>>60541315
Lol hard at this nigger.
>>60541021
Just use the free one
You literally™ don't need anti virus in 2017 if you have common sense. Just don't be a fucking retard and if you are gonna run sketchy programs just use VM+sandboxie.
What do you even need this for? I only download MP3, MP4, and MKV. Sometimes movies come with an .srt subtitle. What are you downloading?

>tfw you made plans to buy it many times before it became a subscription based
how can i stop my procrastination
>>60541021
>Do you pirate Windows updates too?
>>60542366
No? Because I don't need windows updates. Is there a problem officer?

>Stop! Hold it right there

Preparing to configure windows...
don't turn off your computer

fuck off you brain dead retard
So judging by what I've been reading in places here and there; the newer versions of malwarebytes fucking suck. Looks like I'll just be sticking to 2.2.1. Here's a small review for those that are curious or are on the fence about it.
Just to add: The premium version of 2.2.1 is still easily pirateable. Here's a tutorial vid with link in the description. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2xiMd8eg3w

And also the release history, again, for those that are curious.

>>60542366
Who are you quoting?
>>60541259
>trusting antimalware program authors who can't effectively protect their software from being cracked and pirated to effectively protect your shit from malware
>>60544303
Stop the dank "who u quotin'?" meme already.

>Mfw lately I've been getting bad_pool_header whenever I disconnect from Multiplayer games or services (Like Steam games or even steam)
>Honestly thought it was cause I was stuck on a shitty wifi hotspot
>Even updated my wifi drivers
>it might just be MBAM being a cunt
How about that. And I'm using 2.2.1 as well.
Windows has built in anti virus if you're on windows 10. If you're on windows 7 install Microsoft security essentials and be done with it. No one has more incentive than Microsoft to protect your computer. 3rd party is just bloat.
>>60544356
when you stop quoting people who don't exist
So you're poor OP? Or just dumb enough to afford Common Sense?
>Are there any other programs that are better or /g/ would recommend?
CommonSense(TM)
>>60542715
dumb?
>>60544303
A little fictional animoe girl
>>60544340
LOL anything can be cracked. That has nothing to do with the quality of the AV.
>>60544926
Kaspersky employed literal rootkit techniques to avoid being cracked (similarly how DaemonTools used rootkit-like stuff to avoid their virtual drives to be dectected as such by DRM).
>>60544507
I wasn't even him lol.
>>60541021
use your head. ablocker+noscript and you wont have problems again.

Installing Linux would allow you avoid all of these problems.
Ubuntu is very easy if you're looking for something hassle-free.

>harder to pirate
The fuck are you on about? I pirated this last week.
I would say common sense, but Windows is not really... applicable for Common Sense (2017)
