whats the least acceptable FPS?

I played CS:GO at 90FPS, and then at 200+FPS, and couldn't see any difference.

This got me thinking whats the minimum amount of frames per second will it stop becoming a noticeable to the human eye?

Surely theres a minimum limit? is anything above 60fps acceptable? or 90fps?, is there a difference between 60 and 90 frames?

It's really hard to tell anything apart from 120 FPS up. Even side by side.

Human eye can't see more than 30 FPS (it's actually 28 point something) so two eyes means around 60 FPS. Anything above is pointless and if you think you notice a difference it's because of placebo.

It depends on what you're looking at. If you're watching a blinking light, for example, it will probably take a frequency of more than 20kHz to not look like it's blinking. So I'd put the bar of "completely pointles to go beyond that, regardless of the scene" at 20000 fps, but it might not be a very practical bar.

Bullshit. Fuck this stupid normie meme.

if you are playing on a 60hz monitor then no, you wouldn;t see a difference.

People play csgo at 60+ to lower input latency.

You can see a difference between 60hz and 120hz pretty easily by just dragging your mouse around the screen. The cut off for me is around 100hz, everyone's differs.

Actually, there would be a small difference between running a game at 100+ fps vs 60fps even on a 60hz panel.

The higher framerate will mean more frames will refresh in sync with the monitor, and it will appear smoother.

It's not bait. If you honestly can't tell the difference between 30 and 60FPS then you honestly have fucked up vision.

That's not a vision related problem, that's a cognitive problem. Literally braindead if you cannot tell the difference.

Ready to admit you're retarded?
>>
>>60521669
Retard, most TV is between 23fps and 30fps
