1. factory reset phone
2. use phone connection to search for help, not your isp router
3. stop "donating" money to game devs, wtf is wrong with you you can play these for free
4. reset router firmware
5. restore any computers you have from backups
6. set your stuff to not use default router dns but google's or any non botnet dns server
7. change passwords for everything you used since you got hacked
8. report ipad app to apple or something
9. if streamers you watch keep only talking about trees, either consult a computer technician or a psychiatrist
