I chose too accept and after a couple tries I got this screen.

The chances of there being fuckery exist but are not likely I'd say. Is it a public WiFi network you have to sign into after you connect? If so the captive portal is probably just using a self-signed cert.

Have you tried rebooting the router? Maybe your router has the hantavirus in which case you need good anti viral remedies like norton and such like.
