So I keep seeing certain strangers being suggested in my FB search bar. They are ranked higher than my actual friends.

Now I know that visiting a FB profile makes that appear higher in the list, but I never visited these people's profile.

Are these people stalking me? Do any of you have an idea about the FB algorithm behind the search bar??

Is there a way to introduce noise to FBs algorithms? Fake profiles, false pages with FB like buttons, uploading private pictures with locations that are miles from the current location?
