This. Temps inside my case rarely get above 40 degrees F.

Delete System32 on your C: drive.
You find it in the Windows-Folder.

After some time in use, there is a lot of junk, like old installerfiles, updatepackages and unusable DLL's.

After you deleted this Folder(System32 not Windows!) restart and run windows Update.
It will automatically download the new, faster System32 Folder.
