Pretty sure the difference won't be as big as 2000-2017, there is less and less room to improve on. Still, todays games will prob. look somewhat old for the upcoming generations.

When the computer power improves in the next 3-5 years we will see difference in graphics because from 2010-2017 Hardware didn't improve much.
Soon the silicon CPU will be done and we need something new that will improve 100x from today. This will happen in the next 5 years. the graphics will look no different from movies.
