I think i'm going to get a job as a baker after I graduate desu.
As for getting a math minor, I wouldn't really recommend it. If you're studying CS at a reputable university, the math classes you have to take for CS are far more relevant to programming than anything in a maths department.
Doing real analysis and number theory was fun but not at all relevant to EE or CS.
